At Foundry Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return most items in their original, uninstalled condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Securely pack the fixture in its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for damages and verifies its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
